Camelina oil is an excellent antioxidant, which prevents cardiovascular diseases and memory problems (including Alzheimer’s).
Raw (salads, vinaigrettes, mayonnaise), pan or roast in the oven. Enhances the flavour of fish and vegetables.
With its smoke point at 475°F (245 ), this oil is perfect for sautés and grills. Replace oil and butter in your pastry and bakery recipes.
When the bottle has not been opened, it can be stored at room temperature and protected from light for up to 18 months. Refrigerate after opening and avoid contact with air and light.
